Wholesale terms

By applying for a Bernie's Best wholesale account, you agree that products purchased at wholesale are for resale through your approved retail location(s) or your own website only.

Resale on third-party marketplaces — including Amazon, Walmart.com, and eBay — is not permitted.

Approved accounts agree to maintain Bernie's Best minimum advertised pricing (MAP) in all advertising, online listings, and in-store signage.

Bernie's Best may decline or revoke wholesale status at its discretion. Wholesale pricing is confidential and may not be shared outside your business.

We'll email you either way. Nothing is charged and no account is created until we approve you.

What happens after you submit

  1. We review your application by hand — same day to one business day. No automated approval.
  2. We verify the business and, if you're buying tax exempt, collect your resale certificate.
  3. On approval we create your wholesale account, set your pricing tier and tax status, and switch it on.
  4. You sign in with your ordering email. Wholesale pricing and case ordering appear automatically — there's no separate wholesale password.
